i am completely dying over this so-wrong-it's-right street style look... i mean, pulling off a concert tee, a sequined skirt, bow heels AND a multi-color fur?!?! slow clap!

really feeling cool minty hues at the moment... so versatile and fresh and easy to lady-fy with creams and nudes or add some edge with black... i have an amazing new pair of oak denim/leather jeans that i am dying to pair with the zara blouse in the third image...

got this sweet little treat from a dear friend of mine last week... i love being that sap that wears her man's name... very old school romantic, no?

i got my dream guy now i'm currently conjuring up my dream valentine's day date night ensemble... how amazing is this neon pink mcq dress? i'm usually not such a fan of the girly hue, but the ribbed jersey is probably crazy flattering and soft... and adding in the tougher accessories definitely brings it up to my speed... p.s.: that sweet "dude" ear cuff? only $18 at asos!

there's a new spread in vogue hailing the reunion of amber valletta and shalom harlow- "together for the first time in almost a decade"!!... it's pretty and all but i undoubtedly prefer their 90's hey day images like the ones above (holy crapballs look how young kate moss was!)... does anyone else remember when they took over hosting mtv's house of style?! i thought they were sooooo cool but also soooo boring! ha! and omg anyone else remember todd oldham's do it yourself segments?!? weren't they called "todd time"?!

there's something just so slick and badass about a leather trench coat... and i mean that in a less matrix more shaft kind of way... adding it to my mental salvation army shopping list for when i'm home for christmas... can't wait!

a different dimension

a little bit of pattern play inspiration... dying for a pair of vertical striped skinnies right now... although these are from balmain and disgustingly out of budget range, i'm sure i can find a decent pair at trash and vaudeville on st. marks place... where i also plan on picking up a cheapo neon beanie... it's finally sorta winterish here in nyc!

she's out and fancy free

put a sephora gift card to good use over the holiday weekend and picked up a bobbi brown pot rouge for lips and cheeks in pale pink... i am absolutely loving the long lasting natural flush it gives my face but i am slowly and hesitantly easing into using it on the ol' kisser... i am pretty much a chapstick only person and have always felt a bit clownish when wearing anything resembling a color on my lips... i'm hoping i'll eventually get used to it? though i will say that i do feel ever so chic pulling out the understated little pot and dabbing it on...
