had to clean out my work desk last week in preparation for a building move. was shocked (and a bit embarrassed) to discover that i had 14 pairs of shoes in there. 14! at work! not counting the numerous numerous pairs i have at home! will someone please tell me how it is that i feel i have no cute shoes to wear multiple times a week? (oh and a quick update on my first wardrobe purge of 2009- i got $30 from
buffalo exchange for the few items they took. not great, but i'll take it! in fact, i've already spent it! not on more clothes though. on booze. ha.)
Its ridiculous when you have DOZENS of shoes in a closet and each pair is in a clear plastic box with a polaroid of what's inside on the front. Ask my mom! A nice sloppy pile of shoes is wonderfully normal.
